Thank you!!!!

So tonight, or really last night was amazing. I went to see Relient K and Switchfoot with opening band Ruth is was very good, in San Jose. I have been hearing some rumors about Matt from Relienk ask a member of the audience to play Saddie Hawkins with them. (Not my favorite song, but still cool) So my little bro Kyle decided to make a poster, cause Jon one of the guitarist of Relient K told him a poster would be good to have...any ways Kyle made a poster that said Pick SHANE. Matt read it out loud and said "WOW! You came prepared you must be a Boy scout?" So they told me to come up on stage with them and I did Ethan from old band Suprtones gave me one of Matt's guitars and then I went off on the stage and began to play. Jon held at me on stage telling me to play by him and do some standing on the monitors to look cool so I went with it. There were a lot of people so it was nerve racking at first, but then a whole lot of fun. After the show I got to meet back up with the RK boys and switchfoot we talked for awhile about old bands and where I lived cause apparently John and Ethan have been around the blocks of my neighborhood a couple of times do to friends a I have pictures of this night on MYspace if you want to take a looksey...

Some times you just ponder....

So last night I couldn’t go to sleep. I was wondering the house, and came across my scrapbook my mother had made for me. (Thanks Mom) So as I was looking through them I felt like it was a "blast from the past", good movie by the way. So as I finished I felt the urge to write a Poem. Now I haven't really written a poem in awhile, so I don’t really know how it's going to turn out. I dedicate it to all the people who have been with me in one of my life stories. You know who you are.

PHOTOS

Looking through photos can be rather intimidating

You see ones you like and ones you dislike

You pick and choose you pick and choose

For the ones to keep and the ones to loose

Certain photos bring up other stories beyond it

Some sadden while others make you happy

Like the time when you asked that girl to prom

Or when you had your first kiss

Or having someone close pass

You pick and choose you pick and choose

You see family you see friends you see love you see hate

You see bad times and good times

You pick and choose you pick and choose

In the end life chooses you

The weekend.....

Friday I got to go shopping with Brad, Chris, and Ryan. We went to a thrift store, so it was like a shopping spree....We were actually buying clothes for a cheezy Christmas picture, that we would be part taking in with the band. The coolest part was that Chris bought some undersize ice skates, for only $7! Now that’s a deal, but to bad he would never get to skate in them. So the next day Erik came back from So-Cal to rehearse and to take a picture with us. The funny thing was it took a long time to get in "the right spots" for the photo; it really seemed like a family photo especially with Erik teasing me in my lame outfit. Just like my cousin Lindsay, which is used as a guys name in Canada, yes he's Canadian. So I guess I am too. The weather also helped the mood of our setting; it was raining really hard so it brought out the winter in us. Any whoooo we finished the photo, and headed off for some real good Mexican food. TACO BELL!!! When we finish ed with band stuff most of us headed different ways well the ones who had a girl to go to. So that left Erik and me alone. So we decided to see some old friends we haven't seen in awhile. I love doing that because I feel I loose touch and when things like this happen I feel I gain it all back. We ended our night with a little HALO 3 action. It was my first time playing it, but I think I could get away with saying I'm good. After all my bussyness was over I became a little apathetic towards the next day, and decided to stay home, not shower eeeeeww, and watch movies, and a new TV sow (to me at least) called Little People Big World. I'm really hooked on it for some reason. I have been doing a lot of thinking these past days, and I really don’t want to finish school. I mean I love certain classes, but I know there are more things to life then listening to a lame lecture only to get a passing grade. I still am going to finish school don’t worry. I just hope I can take a little break for some future goals of mine to be achieved.

Anyone for some Sonic's

This happened a couple of days ago, I just now wrote it.

Well Eric and I were on are normal night out. We normally go to a Starbucks and grab some coffee, and talk about how lame our day was. this time we decided to drive all the way to Tracy which is about a thirty to forty minute drive. We had to drive there cause that is where the only Sonic's near us......I know seems crazy, but those kind of things happen around here in small towns. so we finally arrived at our destination. We were so excited about this moment too, but when we pulled through the drive through. The MEAN....nice lady sorry were closed, Eric replied "what time did you guys close?" Mean lady "um about three minutes ago" We were three minutes late, for our blizzards.....mmmmm they would have been good. So we drove to a Weiner place. By that time I wasn't feeling up for some ice cream, but Eric was so he ordered an Oreo shake. So happens they just clean out there shake machine five minutes ago. At that moment we really didn't like odd numbers. So we both ended up eating two corn dogs, with a dab of mustard, and ketchup, and some soggy french fries, washed down by our tasty beverage. we ate outside on the back of Eric's tail gate of his truck, then out of no where I felt water on my face it atrated to rain......I'm not trying to sound like a baby but it sure did top things off to not having Sonic's.

So remember Sonic's in Tracy will close no later that 11:00pm

Crazy Britians

I was reading my intenet news, and I came acroos this. It is the most crazy laws in Britian.

1. It is illegal to die in the Houses of Parliament (27 percent)

2. It is an act of treason to place a postage stamp bearing the British monarch upside-down (seven percent)

3. In Liverpool, it is illegal for a woman to be topless except as a clerk in a tropical fish store (six percent)

4. Mince pies cannot be eaten on Christmas Day (five percent)

5. In Scotland, if someone knocks on your door and requires the use of your toilet, you must let them enter (four percent)

6. A pregnant woman can legally relieve herself anywhere she wants, including in a policeman's helmet (four percent)

7. The head of any dead whale found on the British coast automatically becomes the property of the king, and the tail of the queen (3.5 percent)

8. It is illegal to avoid telling the tax man anything you do not want him to know, but legal not to tell him information you do not mind him knowing (three percent)

9. It is illegal to enter the Houses of Parliament in a suit of armour (three percent)

10. In the city of York it is legal to murder a Scotsman within the ancient city walls, but only if he is carrying a bow and arrow (two percent)

so if your ever in those parts of town, hope you don't do any of those crimes...
