Fill me up

With some water and some more medication. I went to the Dentist the other day to have two fillings done. They hurt so bad, because the little shot they gave me, that felt like a friendly prick didn't really work. So there I was lying on my back with at least three dentist toys in my mouth, drilling, and hacking away. Then the dentist's assitant put some kind of tooth paint gun in my mouth and sprayed away like I had bugs in my mouth.........eeewwww. After all my tears dried up I had the courage to walk off that office and, go to my car and drive myself on home. ( I lied about the crying part) Kids remember BRUSH you teeth as much as you can.







I went for my two mile run today. I like running cause it's the only thing that can keep me in shape, now that I dont play volleyball anymore. Occasionally I will play some sand court but that's rare, becasue I never have the time but when I do it sure is fun.

I missed "The Hills" last Monday and I can never find the dang re-run of it. Does anyone know what happens?
